Steps taken by AAP government in Delhi on 19-Sep-15:

  1. After Delhi Jal Board (DJB) reduced sewer and water development charges, nearly one lakh residents from unauthorised colonies across Delhi have applied for new connections. (Source)
  2. Delhi government has decided to strictly impose a fine of Rs 5,000 on those spotted polluting the Yamuna by throwing waste or puja offerings in it. (Source)
  3. Education minister, Manish Sisodia initiatied “SMC-Dialogue” — meetings with school management committees — on Saturday. (Source1) (Source2)
  4. Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain issued a warning to private medical establishments cautioning them against “misleading the general public and taking advantage of the rising dengue numbers in the city”. (Source)
