Steps taken by AAP government in Delhi on 1-Jun-15:

  1. Health Department is roping in private charitable health institutes to provide round-the-clock primary healthcare services in partnership with the Delhi government. (Source)
  2. The installation of a Global Positioning System (GPS) has been made mandatory in all public transport vehicles plying in the Capital. (Source)
  3. Delhi’s power regulator has now decided to audit the billing systems of the three distribution companies in the Capital. (Source)
  4. The Delhi Government is proposing amendments to the existing Delhi School Education Act and Rules 1973 to lay a mechanism to “rationalize” school fee hike. (Source)
  5. Delhi government has decided to collaborate with charitable dispensaries to provide free medicines to the dispensaries. (Source)

  1. Please consider giving more preference to sources (websites) which are more mobile data-friendly. Websites like Indian Express and The Hindu display lot of unnecessary info/ads.
    Personally, I find TOI mobile site efficient in saving data by cutting down on images and ads. You may choose any another though! 🙂

      But at times it might not be possible to share only source news from TOI or any other mobile data-friendly, as not every news website covers each & every news item.
